Total time from order to delivery depends on the shipping method: sea freight (7 to 9 weeks), truck (4 to 6 weeks), air (3 to 5 weeks). Customisation does not add extra time.
Sea freight delivery within the Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg) is free. For other destinations and faster shipping methods, costs are included in your personalised quote.
Yes. You receive tracking updates from the moment your reformer is dispatched until it arrives at your door.
In the rare event of shipping damage, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
Within the Benelux region, yes. For other locations, setup guidance is available via phone or video call. The reformers arrive partially assembled and most customers complete setup within 30 to 45 minutes.
We work with you to coordinate delivery timing, especially for studio orders. While we cannot guarantee an exact date (shipping logistics involve third-party carriers), we align as closely as possible with your preferred timeline.
Yes. Due to the size and weight of the package, someone needs to be present to receive the delivery.
