How does ordering a reformer work?
You choose your model, quantity, cushion colour and optionally your logo. We send you a quotation and order confirmation. Your reformer is then custom-made, inspected and delivered to your door. We're happy to advise via WhatsApp, phone or email.
What is the delivery time?
That depends on the shipping method: air freight 3–5 weeks, truck 4–6 weeks and sea freight 7–9 weeks. You'll receive updates and a tracking link along the way.
Can I choose the cushion colour and add my own logo?
Yes. All cushions can be made in any colour and we add your studio logo to the frame, at no extra cost. We agree this with you personally after your order.
What warranty do I get?
The entire reformer is covered by a 3-year warranty, starting from the date of delivery. Every reformer is CE certified and inspected before shipping.
Do I get a discount when I furnish a whole studio?
Yes. From 6 reformers you automatically get a 10% volume discount, also when you lease.
Do I need to pay everything upfront?
No. You can pay the total in up to three instalments, or lease your reformers: a 25% down payment and the rest in fixed monthly payments over up to 24 months, at 7% interest per year.
Are the reformers suitable for professional use?
Yes. Our reformers meet international quality standards, are CE certified and are used in professional Pilates studios worldwide.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all countries in Europe. We take care of transport, customs and import documentation. Shipping costs depend on your location and shipping method and are included in your quotation.
What is the return policy?
As a private customer you have a 14-day cooling-off period after delivery. Personalised reformers, for example with your studio logo, are excluded.
