Each order is handled with care and scheduled according to the availability of the selected product. We aim to provide a reliable and transparent delivery process and keep you informed throughout each stage. Delivery is available to addresses within the Benelux.

Estimated delivery times depend on stock availability and production planning. Many items, if in stock, can be delivered within a few weeks. As delivery times may vary per order, we are happy to provide an up-to-date estimate upon request. Should delivery differ from the initial expectation, you will be informed accordingly.

Prices shown do not include specialised transport costs. For consumer orders, these costs are automatically calculated once the delivery address is entered. For business orders of more than three units, we are happy to provide a custom quotation, including possible volume discounts.

Delivery is made to the first threshold at ground level. Once your order has been scheduled or is in transit, you will receive a notification directly from the transport provider with the expected delivery date.
